I am a former NASM Certified Personal Trainer and current Strength Coach with a Degree in Exercise Science from CSU-Sacramento. I am also the author of numerous Fitness Books sold worldwide and creator of the Mathias Method Strength System.
Along with my education, I have many years of experience as a competitive powerlifter, athlete and martial artist; all of which have helped me obtain a better understanding of how to apply everything I previously learned.
