Confidence is key to success. If you want to be successful, you must be confident in yourself.

By simply being confident you are much more likely to succeed! Know that you are great, and you always have been great! You just have to find a way to show others how great you are! 

In order to build your confidence, start by doing things that you are good at, or at least enjoy doing.

Create some success in doing things you know you can succeed at, and grow upon them. Keep creating small victories, and then start to branch out to things that are new, or more difficult.

You don’t have to jump straight into the shark pit right off the bat. You can build up your strength and courage through small victories, and let each victory make you stronger and more courageous to try new, more difficult things. 

For example, we have all had fear before taking tests in school. Many of us would get so stressed that we lose confidence and do worse than if we just relaxed, and did what we knew we could.

It is always best to start by doing some problems that you know you can get right, both in practice and during the test. That will build up your confidence and also help you solve the more difficult ones by giving you a base to build on.

If you start with difficult questions first, you may lose confidence and then the easier questions become more difficult.

The same rules apply to any test life hands you! Give yourself that initial boost and keep the momentum going!

Let your small successes motivate you to do more!

When you want to reach a goal, or you are presented with a challenge, start by planning out small victories that will lead towards your ultimate goal.

If you’re trying to lose weight, or become more fit, be happy with small victories. Even a half pound loss is a success. Doing one more rep, or an extra minute during exercise is a success.

Keep creating those little victories and they will add up to incredible success!

We are hard on ourselves. We all want to succeed, yet many of us live with self-doubt.

We doubt our future. We doubt our abilities, qualities, and our dreams. We doubt ourselves too much, too often.

If you don’t defeat this self-doubt, then you will never succeed.

You MUST not doubt yourself! You must have the self-confidence to succeed!

Believe in yourself because no one will do it for you. 

It’s not easy to be confident when you just keep failing. We tend to get in our heads and start fighting against ourselves, thinking about all the things we are not good at, rather than the things that we are good at.

There’s always that battle going on inside of us, trying to hold down our confidence. If we don’t defeat it, then there’s little chance for success.

We have to let go of what has already happened, learn from it, and look forward, to when we will succeed.

We get held back by what is in our head, so we have already lost before we have begun. We have to learn to defeat our own self-doubt before we can defeat our opponent.

Nothing will change the past, so all we can do is fight for our future.

Fight for our goals, fight for our dreams, fight for success. We have to fight, and keep on fighting until we have defeated ourselves because the only thing holding us back is us.

Defeat yourself, and you can do anything!

You are not weak or average! You are a powerful being that has nothing to lose (except self-doubt) and everything to gain!

You have the strength to take on anything and will defeat everything in front of you because you have the power within yourself to fight for your dreams! You have everything you need right inside of your head and you are ready to let it all out!

Get ready world, you are coming to take over!

Find motivation in everything around you.

TV shows, t-shirts, quotes, stories, sports, your friends, and family. Be motivated by technological advancements, structural designs, new developments, successful people, music, movies, money, and whatever else you see!

The world is full of motivation that you have the opportunity to capitalize on, every day! There’s motivation in your own success, your own failures, your ideas, your dreams, your environment, and everything around you.

All you have to do is open your eyes to see it!

Be motivated by your success and crave more.

Be motivated by your failures, and use them to learn how to succeed.

Be motivated by the ideas you have, the dreams you dream, and fight for them to come to life!

Stand out among the crowd and be motivated by the success you see every day, in the world around you.

See your environment and the people in it as motivation to become greater.

When others succeed, feed off their success and fight for your own. Every achievement takes a lot of hard work, backed by a strong Motivated Mindset. You should see what others have done and push to do better.

Someday we can all be rich, loved and famous. We just have to fight for what we want and feed off the successes all around us!

You are in control of your emotions and how they affect you. If they run your life, then it is something you have created, and something you can change.

You have the choice to change your emotions anytime, no matter what they are.

Stress does not change anything, so you might as well be positive and get ready to take on the world because stress will only prevent you from achieving your dreams.

Start every day being positive, and if problems arise, keep in control of your emotions.

Start off every day as if it is a great day, and try to make it even greater! Go up not down and avoid any negativity.

Everyone likes a positive person and that person should be YOU!

By simply controlling your emotions you will live a happier, and healthier life. It just takes a little bit of practice, and you will notice a difference.

This control over yourself shows your self-discipline, which is vital for success.

Power is not control over others but rather control over yourself and the ability to lead others with what you believe. Be Powerful!

If you have trouble controlling your emotions, you need to find a way to hold yourself back from going off on people.

Raging out on others will not solve anything. It would be better to approach frustrating situations with a cool head to come out on top.

Take in the situations presented to you, then focus on creating the best solution.

Maybe you need to take a day to think about things, or just have a few minutes in a quiet place, or just take a deep breath before you make a bad situation, worse by not controlling your emotions.

Realize that every bad situation is just another opportunity for you to find success in another way. Be in control and make the best of what is presented to you.

We all want to keep what we have. We don’t want to lose what we see as valuable, for the fear of never getting it back.

The thing is, we as individuals, and all the things around us, are constantly changing. Many of these changes are good, we just have to open our eyes to see the goodness in them.

When you see the goodness in things, you will also recognize the things that have lost their value and are holding you back from success. These are the things that need to either change or be let go. These could be negative people, bad memories, a job, your mindset, or anything that holds you down.

Every bad thing that occurs, has equal goodness to it.

We just have to find it.

Every day starts off new, and every day we grow stronger.

As we move forward and try to improve, there will always be people, memories, and things out of our control, that try to pull us back. They may hold you back due to their fear of change, but we have to get past that and help others get past it as well, in order to continue to progress.

We have to be courageous and give others the courage to follow as well.

Those things, or people, that always hold you back, need to be let go. This may not be easy, but if you are being held down, then so too will everyone around you.

You have to push forward and help to lift up those around you. You cannot reach your full potential by constantly dragging the weight of problems behind you.

Try to bring up the things that hold you back, and if they pull back harder, then they need to be let go, no matter how hard that is.

Don’t hold on when holding on will only hold you back.
