We copy the emotions of those around us. When we are around people that are angry, stressed, sad or even happy, we too start to feel those emotions.
When you pass by someone that is smiling, your mind smiles too. When you see a frown, your mind frowns.
It is our natural instinct as conscious human beings to feel some part of what others are feeling around us. Some of us may seem hard as a rock on the outside, but on the inside, we all have feelings, whether we let them out or not.
Don’t be afraid to show how you are feeling and feed others your positive emotions so that they too can get that warm-fuzzy feeling inside. This is especially important to show those you love your warm-caring nature and positive vibes.
Your stress is only going to create more stress for them, while your calm nature can help settle them down. Don’t get frustrated with daily problems and instead just become a positive thinking problem solver that shows love at the most random moments, just because. You will all be happier because of it.
So as you go through your day, remember to smile, and be kind to those around you, because if you do, you just might make someone else’s day!

What You Get In Return
When you recognize your effect on others, you can see how that can motivate you to maintain a positive demeanor.
We should never force our personal beliefs and behaviors on others, but we can help raise up others around us just by being us.
We can stay positive while others may be negative in order to help change their outlook. We can be supportive while another is doubtful. We can display our self-confidence every day to those around us and help shape the world we live in.
We all need an emotional boost now and then, and we can’t help but feel more empowered when kind individuals around us display their positive emotions and confidence.
By being that beacon of light in every room you walk into you will help raise yourself up, as well as those around you. People will want to be around you for your supportive and humble confidence, which in turn will motivate us to want to be better.
It is always nice to be liked, and it is a great confidence boost to help us get past our own self-doubt.
HATE is a powerful motivational tool we can use to our advantage.
Yes, HATE is also hurtful and unacceptable when presented by others, but we can use that HATE as motivation for our own success.
Just think…what is your first thought when someone says, “You can’t do that!”? Do you take that as a personal hit to where you believe you are not good enough or do you use that HATEful doubt as fuel to succeed?
That HATE is a powerful tool in creating your success!
Now, of course, going out on a HATEful rampage is not going to solve anything, and that is not what this is about. It is about using your HATE to your advantage.
Athletes and coaches use this all the time to fuel success, and you can too!
Use the HATE of where you live, HATE of what you do, HATE of your environment, HATE of your situation and all the HATEful things around you, as the fuel for your greatness!
Use that internal HATE to start making positive changes in your life!
HATE should motivate you to want to do better, and be better, no matter how many things hold you down.
We cannot choose the position we start our life in, but we can choose what we do to change it.
We can stay down when life pushes, or get up and hit back harder.
In life, there is no disadvantage that can hold you down forever, unless you let it. You can choose to take life for what it is and get pushed around harder day by day, or accept what you have and turn it into an advantage.
Make your troubles and disadvantages into advantages to take on the world.
Take everything that annoys you, hurts you, all your past troubles, your failures, and ball it all up into one big ball of motivational rage ready to take on the world and show everyone WHO YOU ARE!
Take all the HATE you feel every day and eat it for breakfast! Control and funnel all your rage into one thing! That one thing that will get you out of your current life and moving on to a new one!
Whether it be a new project you need to start, working harder at your job, giving more love to your family, starting a new career, getting through school, accomplishing a goal, whatever it is, feed it with your internal rage!
Eat HATE and spit out success! Use your demons to show the world who you are and who you were always meant to be! Show the world how great you are and fight back against the HATE!

The truth is, I am new to this whole writing thing.
Though I have written 6 Books in just one year, I am still a very new author, and I know I have A LOT to learn.
With all my books, I have done everything myself from writing every word to designing and creating all the covers. I have learned so much from doing things this way, but I still want to do better!
I want to keep improving and the best way to do that is by learning from my readers.

What have we been up to this year? How is the Mathias Method doing? How are we changing the world?
“Do at least one thing every day to work towards your goals.”
The idea and goal of creating the Mathias Method began on December 25th, 2015 (Christmas Day). I had been searching for answers as to what I wanted to do in life for a while, and all I could think of was “Change the World”. I wanted, and still want too, change the world, but at the time I did not have a “how”.
How was I going to change the world that is changing on its own so rapidly? I had already accomplished a lot and was less than a year away from graduating college with a Degree in Exercise Science. Still, I had no plan of how I was going to utilize my knowledge and experience.
I began doubting myself and was not sure that I had the strength to change the world. Then it hit me! I knew what I wanted to do!
I wanted to help others by sharing with them my knowledge of how to grow stronger, and make a difference in their lives! I wanted to help others change their world in order to change the world. With that in mind, the plans for the Mathias Method were born!
I began that day by writing down all the different programs, that you see as Levels 1-8 on MathiasMethod.com which teach people how to grow stronger from beginner levels all the way through competitive strength sports.
That same day I also put together the Daily 30, which teaches people to commit to themselves every day, and always be moving forward towards their goals. I have now done the Daily 30 every day since equating to 447 days in a row at the time this article comes out.
I even did the first drawings of our Mathias Method Logo with all of its colors that same day, alongside the help of my family. I dove in head first as soon as the ideas popped into my head and have never turned back.
Since that day I have done at least one thing every day towards obtaining my goals. There have been many late nights, frustrations, and setbacks, but I have also obtained a lot of help from others to get to this point. Almost nothing has been easy, but if it was easy then it would not be so special. Creating this Brand has been a full-time job that has taken hours out of every day, but it’s what I love to do. I love creating something and helping others.
All of the hard work has been paying off. We began by opening our online strength, health and fitness website MathiasMethod.com on March 16th, 2016. This website has FREE information and programs that teach you how to grow stronger no matter where you start from.
Since the initial release date, we have added tons of new pages and information that will continue to grow as we do. The Brand has grown slowly over the last year and in early July 2016 we became an official Licensed Business (Mathias Method). This gave us the opportunity to expand our growth and lead to our products growth.
We started our own Clothing Brand (StrengthWorld.store) which will soon be released as a full online store later this month.
Also, on January 16th, 2017, 10 months after the initial release of the Mathias Method, we started a strength team known as the Strength Warriors. This is a group of individuals who all train within the same environment under the one goal of getting stronger. We help each other grow as individuals by growing the team which now has 14 members and counting. The Mathias Method Brand has accomplished a lot over this initial year and we have great plans moving forward.
I am greatly appreciative of all the help that I have been given by my supporters, friends, and family. Without the help of others, we may not have even made it off the ground. I will continue to help and motivate others to make a difference in their lives in order to change their world. With that in mind, I will leave you with this…choose your goals and do at least one thing every day that keeps you moving towards them. If you do one thing every day towards your goals, no matter how small, it will lead to great success. I am working towards changing the world. What is your goal?
